Stuart Wright: 9th at U.K. Magic Nationals

World of Warcraft TCG pro player Stuart Wright, from England, made a name for himself as a card-slinger before WoW TCG with Magic: The Gathering. He finished in the top spots for the UK National Championship for Magic in multiple years before the WoW TCG took off.

Stu put up another big finish at the Magic: The Gathering UK National Championship for this year, placing 9th. While tiebreakers ended up knocking him out of top 8 contention, it's still remarkable to see a player finish so well in multiple years of the ever-changing formats for the national championships. Grats, Stu!

Mike Rosenberg has been gaming since middle-school, and made his first big step into the trading card game scene with Yu-Gi-Oh!, where he managed a 3rd place finish at the 2003 World Championship and a top 8 at the 2005 Los Angeles Shonen Jump Championship.

He began playing the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game upon release, and has finished in the prizes at the 2007 World Championship, the 2009 North American Continental Championship, and the 2010 North American Continental Championship. Mike has also followed other games over the years, including Vs. System, Magic: The Gathering, and Inuyasha.

Mike has been writing content for gaming web sites since early 2004, with a small break after original content was halted by Star City WoW in late 2008. It is his hope that the Run Good Club will provide players and followers of the WoW TCG with a home for all that happens in the game.
