The LiveSteam Icecrown Previews

For those of you who were not following the live coverage for the World Championships (booooooooo!), the folks behind the GGslive commentary, Patrick Sullivan and Ben Chichowski, spoiled some Icecrown expansion hotness. There are no pictures for these cards, but their effects were given out.

These spoilers are courtesy of the Cryptozoic forums, specifically Juve from Poland for posting these up.

While this ally is in your graveyard, you can control an additional Pet.

When this ally enters play, put a 3/3 Unique Ghoul ally token named Broke into play exhausted with "This ally can't ready during its controller's ready step"
Once per turn, on your turn: 3-> This ally deal 3 shadow damage to target hero or ally. Ready a Ghoul you control.

Thrall, Warchief of the Horde - Ally - Orc Shaman - Unique - 6/6 - 6
Protector, Frost Resistance.
When this ally enters play, you may put target Horde card from your graveyard into your hand. Other Horde allies you control have +2/+2.

Mage quest
Pay 1 to complete this quest.
Reward: Target opposing card loses and can't have powers this turn.

Wow! There are some exciting cards in this expansion already! Deuce easily has me the most excited, as it's the first time I've seen a Hunter card this powerful in ages. There's already a sick deck out there for the most overlooked class in the game thanks to Wrathgate, and it looks like Icecown is going to give Hunter the extra tools it needs to be consistent.

Also, I obviously love the Druid ongoing. The inner-Boomkin in my loves the idea of using all of my in-play abilities to have an unfair resource advantage over my opponent.

What are your thoughts on these first looks at the new expansion? Share your thoughts in the comments! Official Icecrown previews should be coming in a week or two, as we're less than a month away from the release of the new set!
